Client and project lead

Christina

As your main point of contact, I guide each project from start to finish, keeping timelines and details on track while staying closely involved in storyboards, scripts, and course development.

I worked in HR and Talent Development before starting Loyto Learning in 2012. I had seen how often outsourced learning projects needed significant rework, so I wanted to create thoughtful, reliable learning teams could use with confidence from the start.

My favorite part of the work is how much I get to learn. Every project introduces us to new ideas and topics—often things I never imagined I’d get to explore.

Development and quality

Preston

I joined Christina at Loyto Learning in 2013 after working in software QA and project management. Christina had quickly built a strong client base and needed help managing the workload, so I came on to help carry projects through development and delivery.

I support course development, take the lead on implementing AI and video production, and QA each project to make sure everything works as intended.

My favorite part of the job is exploring the latest trends and learning new tools, then finding practical ways to use them in our work. It’s a great way to keep projects fresh, current, and useful for learners.

Our four-legged teammate

Riley Morale and Break Coordinator

Riley, our 16-year-old terrier mix, keeps us company throughout the workday and brings comfort when projects get tough or overwhelming. He’s a patient sounding board for our ideas, and his cute antics in the background always lighten the mood. He also helps keep us healthy by giving us reasons to step away from our screens throughout the day—to take him for walks and tend to his potty breaks and treats. We’re grateful for all the smiles and laughs he brings to our days.

Our experience

Industries we know and learning we build.

Our courses support new hires, managers, and frontline teams. Below are some of the course topics we’ve worked on.

New hire orientation, company stories and values, and role-specific introductions that help people understand how the organization works and what good performance looks like.

02

Frontline and store operations

Practical training for frontline teams and those in the field, including daily procedures, scheduling, merchandising, and the software and systems people use on the job.

03

Manager and leadership development

Leadership development for new and experienced managers, covering topics such as hiring, feedback, change, team culture, and leading people. We’ve also created workshops and manager simulations.

04

Customer service, sales, and communication

Learning for customer interactions, service calls, de-escalation, and shopper insights—helping people communicate clearly and respond thoughtfully.

05

Healthcare, dental, and human services

Topics have included patient privacy, medical documentation, telehealth communication, dental risk management, medication safety, and support for people in challenging situations.

06

Workplace safety and environmental health

Safety learning across workplace settings, including injury prevention, heat illness, hazardous waste, emergency readiness, and general safety.

07

Privacy, security, and financial compliance

Learning about data privacy and security, data governance, anti-money laundering, fraud prevention, and financial controls.

08

Foodservice, nutrition, and product knowledge

Food safety and menu standards, nutrition and wellness, food allergies, and product knowledge—including how menu items are built, what goes into them, and how to prepare them.

Different ways to learn

Formats that fit the audience and the work.
